Syed Azhar Hussain
Mr. Azhar holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Karachi (Pakistan). In addition, he is a fellow member (Fellow Chartered Accountant) of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Pakistan and a member (Certified Internal Auditor) of The Institute of Internal Auditors (USA).
During his early career, Mr. Azhar was associated with Ernst & Young (Kuwait), Arthur Andersen – Al Bazie & Co. (Kuwait) and KPMG (UAE and Pakistan) during which he acquired extensive audit, accounting and consultancy experience.
For the past 15 years, Mr. Azhar has been associated with major investment companies in the GCC region and have successfully applied the diversified knowledge base in various sectors including investment banking, asset management, real estate, etc.
Hamad Tayseer Al Mutawa
Hamad earned his B.A. degree in Accounting from Kuwait University and he also complete his MBA at Gulf University for Science and Technology (GUST) in Kuwait. He is currently working at the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) in Business Banking division that caters to small and medium enterprises. With 12 years of experience, Hamad gained a set of skills that provide SME business owners’ tools and knowledge to navigate the banking industry in order to aid them in their growth and success.
Ahmad Jassim Al Fahad
Ahmed graduated from Seattle University with a B.A. in both Accounting and E-Commerce and Information Systems. He is currently working as a financial manager at his family owned business, which is highly active in the oil and gas sector. In addition, he provides them with advising services in relation to key investment opportunities. Prior to working for his family owned business, Ahmad was employed at NBK Capital working with the Investment Banking Division advising a number of local and international firms. Thru his career Ahmad has developed his skills in financial modeling, financial analysis, and accounting.
Abdulrahman J. Al Fawaz
Al-Fawaz has developed the concept of the company and overseen its operations since inception. Al-Fawaz comes from a private equity and finance background having joined the International Leasing and Investment Company in 2005 and since served on board of numerous subsidiary & sister companies in the investment, logistics, real estate and industrial sectors. He has extensive experience in analyzing feasibility studies, business planning and operational control.
Al-Fawaz has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the College of Business Administration at Kuwait University.
Abdulrahman J. Al-Nouri
Al-Nouri is mainly responsible for financial monitoring, back-office operations and accounting. He also chairs the company’s quality control committee. Al-Nouri is a non-managing partner of numerous small businesses in Kuwait, and significantly involved in the strategic direction of Cubical Services. Al-Nouri has in-depth experience in accounting and audit practices, having joined the Finance Department of the Kuwait Oil Tanker Company in 2008 and gained work experience at KPMG Safi Al-Mutawa and Partners prior to that.
Al-Nouri has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the College of Business Administration at Kuwait University.
